While I haven't actually placed this into the vice and used it yet, I can tell it is going to get the job done. I thought it was going to be super light, since it is made of a plastic/polymer (I'm not sure which). But it has some HEFT. I am definitely pleased with my purchase of this block.

Used on 2 builds and hate to say its worth it, but it is for sure.  Better than ruining a 30 round mag in a vise and holds the lower rock steady.  Do the job right and get the right tools!
