ABOUT
The Magpul AFG (Angled Fore-Grip) takes into acount natural body mechanics and provides a comfortable and stable user interface that reduces fatigue and allows for more precise weapon control. By positioning the shooter's hand high on the centerline of the bore, the AFG helps mitigate recoil and control the weapon, facilitating faster, more accurate follow-up shots.

  • Polymer three-piece design with an interchangeable finger shelf that allows for a flat "A1-Style" surface or an "A2-style" finger nub
  • All mounting hardware included
  • Mounts to standard mil-spec 1913 Picatinny rails (min of 5" required)

i am not any type of operator or agency guy but i love a day full of shooting my delton... from 20 years of playing heavy metal drums, my wrists are iffy at best. this is a heaven send. hardly any fatigue at all after hours of shooting. like all magpul things ive tried...if its magpul, buy it you wont regret it.

I use my carbine on duty, both patrol and for our agencies entry team. During training we carry our rifles for long periods of time at the low and high ready positions during clearance drills. My wrists have problems anyway due to years of playing the guitar and I start to have discomfort with a flat grip on standard hand-guards. I started using vertical grips and they helped but I felt a loss of precise control during rapid fire drills. This grip solved all of those issues and actually gives me better control (particularly with the thumb-over hold I'm using now) AND increased comfort for long-term use.
