Amazing Little Setup! September 29, 2023 Reviewer: Jose Vazquez from San Antonio, TX United States   I picked one of these up to build myself a light-weight carbine. I wasn't expecting it to be very accurate but was pleasantly surprised. It piled up 3 shot groups on top of each other at 50yds using a 4moa Aimpoint and a 3inch group at 100yds. It's my new home defense carbine so it's plenty accurate! I don't know how they can build them so cheap and with mil-spec BCGs! It ran garbage steel case and green-tips just the same! Buy. Wait what? Buy! Buy, buy! Before I buy them all! Next build is probably a dissipator. I do love that look... Was this review helpful to you?

Customer service June 13, 2017 Reviewer: Jack McIntyre McIntyre from UT United States   I ordered two of these, good kits shipped fast.  This company gets 5 stars because are excellent and the service after the sale was great there were a couple of small parts missing from the lower parts kit.  When I called they corrected instantly with no problems at all.  Rare to find customer service this good anymore. Good kits May 3, 2016 Reviewer: scooter45acp from Kettle Falls, WA United States   I got 3 of these LW carbine kits in late 2008.  One has had a few thousand through it and everything has been great.  If I had to do it over again, I would have gotten LW mid length 16".  I built 4 16" mid length kits in 2015, 2 LW and 2 heavy and much prefer mid length to carbine for less recoil impulse.  I also prefer LW to heavy, no loss of accuracy with the LW, for at least the first 5 rounds, then it still doesn't open up much after that.  Thanks Del-Ton for making 1x9 available.  I get much better accuracy out of these 1x9 twist barrels than even a free floated FN CHF 1x7 twist barrel.  Del-Ton, my first pick for customizable uppers and kits!!! Rifle Kit March 1, 2014 Reviewer: Anthony from San Antonio , TX United States   First off I want to say what a great rifle kit! Being my first build I was a little nervous and did lots of homework before buying a kit, but I am very happy I went with Del-Ton. Quality is superb, and it fit perfectly with the Anderson Manufacturing stripped lower I had picked up on sale. All said went together in a couple hours, put 100 rounds through it with no issues and  I was able to put quarter sized groups at 25 and 50 yards. Thanks Del-Ton! Was this review helpful to you?

Great kit. April 17, 2012 Reviewer: DAVID from JACKSONVILLE, FL United States   First I’d like to thank Del-Ton and there  great customer service, Pam you’re the best! I ordered my kit in Feb, when I got my email comp I realized I ordered the wrong kit. I called and left a message and had a return call from Pam within ten minutes.  She made the changes and fixed my mistake.  I received my kit six weeks later, as stated on the web site. Overall fit and finish was excellent.  The lower, which is also a Del-ton, went together perfectly with the parts kit. The trigger feel is awesome, very crisp. There is zero play between the upper and lower.  Within two hours of getting my kit from UPS, a quick clean and oil, I managed to put 150 rounds through her with no issues at all.  Having a four power scope on was able to shoot a 1inch group at 100 yards…and could have done all day.  Total of 300 rounds, again with zero issues. My next build WILL be a Del-Ton as well. There product is great the there customer service is even better. Was this review helpful to you?

Very Satisfied December 3, 2011 Reviewer: Old Hick from OR United States   I ordered a 16" Light Weight Rifle kit, it was here in 2 week from time of Order! It fits my Stag Arms lower Perfectly. I am IMPRESSED with the Trigger kit from Del-Ton. It has a Very Smooth and Crisp trigger. I have 2 other Stag AR's, with Stag lower parts in them, and the Del-Ton Trigger is so much nicer than the stags are. The ONLY complaint is the Shipping cost could be a LOT cheaper, but not enough to not order again... Thank you Del-Ton. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product fast delivery October 11, 2011 Reviewer: Dan from Clinton Township, MI United States   I ordered my LW rifle kit on a Saturday and it was delivered the next Friday.  I assembled the kit on my lower and lubed it for a range session.  The finish was uniform and a near perfect match to my DPMS lower finish.  All parts assembled and operated properly as expected.   I purchased some Federal XM193 ammo and was able to produce 1.5 inch groups at 50 yards from a sandbag rest.  The light weight barrel makes this a very handy firearm.   I am completely satisfied with this kit and I would recommend Del-ton to anyone who wants a quality product.  Thank you Del-ton.  October 12,2011 - I would like to update my review with the results of some accuracy work I did with my Del-ton.  I mounted a Bushnell 3-9 power scope and used Hornady Varmint Express 55 grain V-max ammo and I was able to obtain 0.9 inch groups at 100 yards and I was hitting a 10 inch steel plate at 300 yards nearly every time a tried.  Very impressive for a lightweight barrel.  Rock-on Del-ton!
